After years of sourcing and curating teas for our online store as well as for various public, private, and corporate events - always with an eye towards education - we are pleased to be able to offer the Tea Learners Club as a monthly subscription. If you are someone who loves tea and wants to learn more about it but doesn't know where to start - this club is for you. If you have browsed our online store and are not sure where or how to dive in - this club is for you.
The focus of Tea Learners Club is education. Our goal is to make understanding tea accessible, through bite-sized amounts of tea and information. This monthly subscription is not intended to provide a month's worth of tea to drink. Rather, think of Tea Learners Club like a monthly self-guided, brew-at-home tea class, with a few sessions of tea and accompanying information in print. There is an emphasis on comparative tastings, to better understand a single aspect of what makes a tea a tea, for example:

$29 per month includes the teas, a printed guide to the teas, and FREE shipping (with code TEALEARNERS, valid for this product only). Each month, Tea Learners Club members will receive 1-4 teas from our general online store offerings as well as rare and special teas exclusively for the club. Members also receive extra discounts on products!
Our specialty is oolong teas - a hugely vast and diverse genre - hence, many of our Tea Learners Clubs will focus on oolongs. The first Tea Learners Club box is the same for everyone, regardless of when you join. It is an intro to the oolong genre, and includes 4 teas that highlight the different possible combinations of oxidation and roast.

When "adding to cart", the default quantity of 1 is a one-month subscription. Simply increase the quantity to add more months at a time.
If you subscribe for 6+ months at a time, we will include a porcelain gaiwan set for FREE with your first order. A porcelain gaiwan is our #1 recommended brewing vessel for tea tasting.
